These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.clevercaninedogbeds.co.uk , the website owned by Clever Canine, also referred to as ‘We'. Please read them through before placing your order.These terms may change without notice to our customers, also referred to as ‘You' and changes will apply to all subsequent orders.
Pricing and Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If we discover an error in the price of any item ordered, we will contact you to give you the option of either continuing with your order at the new price or cancelling your order.
Ordering
Online
Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque we will dispatch your bed as soon as your cheque clears (usually 5 - 7 working days)
By Post
You can also pay by cheque, please contact us by telephone to place an order.
By Telephone
You can also telephone us with your card details to place an order.
Payment Security
Please be assured that all card payments are safe and are protected by Pay Pal and we guarantee that your financial details will not be held on file by us.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
Delivery
Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. We aim to make deliveries within 10 working days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after. All delivery dates provided are estimates and we are not liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising from delay or non delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any defective goods or discrepancy noted need to be notified, within 5 days of delivery. No refund or replacement can be made on goods which have been used. If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy with your purchase, please telephone us on either 01302 752406 or 07808 761836 and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your item providing they have not been used.
Cleaning
Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and on delivery of your bed and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods by incorrect cleaning procedures.
